This Company backs the product and they give great customer service. The facility offers a mini Disneyland inside for improvement options.

Yesterday, I visited ABES to pickup some shower parts.. I was greeted by Kyle (sp) who was very knowledgeable and was able to get me the part that I needed, but saved me money on buying the whole set, that I was going to buy. I was impressed when he showed me how to remove the cartridge and install the new one. This company is selling what you really need to fix the fox, but not to sell extra stuff that you don't want.. Thank you very much Kyle.

Yesterday, my husband and I visited ABES to pickup some shower parts we couldn't find at the box stores. We were greeted by Kyle (sp) who was very knowledgeable and was able to get us everything we needed but what really impressed me was that he actually pulled out a MOCK shower handle setup from behind the counter and explained exactly how to remove the old setup and how to install the new handle, amazing. Thank you very much Kyle.

I had a Sunday emergency and called Abes hoping someone would be available.... Paul the owner answered my call and was able to come out within an hour. He called me to let me know he was on the way, he was super helpful once he got there as I couldn't find the key to the closet he needed to access, he removed the lock/hinged clasp with a screwdriver to get access. Most if not all other companies would have walked away.. He fixed the issue after some troubleshooting and carefully replaced the hinged clasp to secure the closet. Paul was polite, professional and extremely helpful. I will most certainly call him again for future needs. Highly recommend this company!!
